so i am finding that each gun really has its own personality toward 40 yard shot pattern. i am interested in creating sort of a starting point here for reference, providing your gun model and choke tube constriction you are using with a rough 40 yard pattern performance and ammo. The rule i am working to is at 40 yards you should have 90% of your shot still inside an 18" circle (as told to me by the "experts), if you are not there, you have room to improve for sure as well!
