We’ll do the Nalleys chili, eggs and cheese for breakfast from time to time. I call it white trash huevos rancheros.
Posted this earlier, but try it on a baked potato- there's your hash browns.
I’m on it!   There was a BBQ place in Granite Falls (not open anymore) that served a giant baked potato with baked beans, pulled pork or brisket, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and a bbq sauce of your choice on top of the potato. Guaranteed to put a sleeper hold on ya.

Good lord how did I miss this thread?? @Southpole, you have some amazing mixtures! As for the rest of you not so sure about some of those gastronomical delights! Peanut butter and fish just do not go together for me, adding eggs to stuff sounds good, and I am a mayo guy, will eat miracle whip if it is the only option.

V8 juice and Beer with an old fashion doughnut is one of my breakfasts of choice when ocean salmon fishing. Guess I am not as wild as some of you hahaha

I take my smoked salmon shred it by hand, mix it with a block of cream cheese, then roll it in shredded sharp cheddar, and eat it with wheat thins! Delicious!!

This one is so good, I started growing my own jalapeños and making my own jelly out of them. People look at you like you are crazy until they try it. No where near as hot as it sounds. It’s really apple jelly with some jalapeño in it.

I pickle garlic with a slice or two of jalapeños in it. I can sit around and eat half a jar of that.
