Reviving this thread to see if anyone has used a hammer bullet on game animals.....if so, how did they perform? I am currently loading the 124 gr HH in a 6.5 creedmoor for hunting deer and bear this year. It will be my daughters rifle so I was looking for a tough lightweight bullet that will perform. So far they appear to shoot great. The ladder test was a roller coaster (literally) with velocities all over the place. With that said the ladder test group shot 1 1/4 MOA. I picked to narrow nodes and will shoot them looking for which groups the best. I also have 140 grain accubonds loaded for another rifle and they shot surprisingly well out of her rifle, so I have a back up if I'm not happy with the hammers. Thanks for any input.

Have you contacted Steve, the owner? He's very helpful and great to work with.
