Sometimes they bump the limit in parts of 7 that aren't fished much but I think it's been a couple of years since they did that.  With the dates they put out, it might happen again or there will be more days announced.  I was surprised there weren't more out but there are a bunch of people that have to work.

It looked like a typical opening day south of Lopez with the a.m. crowd, I was not out for the afternoon where there were probably even more people.

I'm used to Everett, so any day you don't have to put out your fenders while shrimping is pretty low number of boats.

I counted about 150 after I dropped my last one.
