I have over 40 pounds and was using it in my 338 Norma Improved with 300 grain Bergers.  Switched to 260 HH bullets and H1000.  N570 was to slow.  Recoil is a lot better with a hunting rifle.  Like that I can stay on target better.  Might try it in the edge and 300 Norma Improved with 230ís.   It burns throats fast in the .284 rounds.

Trying a new APA Fat B*stard Gen 3 brake 2moro to see if it holds me on target with 300 gr Bergers.   Those Bergrs do provide significant barrel movement.
