Has anybody heard anything yet? Seems like some tags should be starting to get distributed by now.

I have not heard anything, and I am unchanged at #239.  Any Hunt-Wa members with a lower number have status?

Ill be sure to post if/when I see anything to help others gauge the timing.

With the economy/job issues and Mt alt list debacle, hard to think there won't be a lot of licenses returned and people passing on the alt tag call...

I wouldn't bet on that if hunting is anything like fishing.  I can't believe how many people are out in pretty much every area this year, probably double or triple last year, some days even more.

People are recreating at record levels.  Buying boats, buying RV's, getting out everywhere.

You all let everyone know what your list number is, but what are you trying to buy...there are three tags that could be available, the deer combo, big game combo and elk combo , I am guessing most folks want the deer, then big game, lastly elk combo....

Guess you’re right there. I was talking deer combo and assumed.

I signed up on the Deer B surplus list and was contacted yesterday that I was selected. Maybe they’re starting to get around to the Alternate list too? On the Surplus list I was 1366 of like 1820.

Dansk,
I received an email two days ago to purchase surplus B tag.
I should add that you have 10 days to purchase from the date of the email.

I'm kinda undecided to get any B-tags, the unit that I was given to purchase from has a high number of positive CWD harvested deer.  I know I can get them tested, but just another thing to worry about ..... between CWD and Covid-19 this world is out of control.
