I found it. Thanks. I spent 2 days on there website looking through everything and there search engine. No results or invalid page request.  Went to Google and typed in wdfw bear tooth age lookup and all results went to invalid pages. I typed in wdfw tooth age look up and found it. Such a simple modification in wording and there it is. :chuckle: thanks

Thank you for the link.  I liked it better when they sent the post cards.  It was nice to keep with the skull.  I had forgotten how old one I got years ago was.

Once I had some bear meat made into jerky and it was horrible.  I don't think it was an old bear, actually a small young one.  Pretty much from then on I have summer sausage and peperoni made from them and its always been real good.  Though I don't have a real sophisticated pallet, boned out trimmed of fat and most silver skin, I can't really tell the difference between a bear or deer.

"Bear Jerky" sounds like a very bad idea unless you're going to cook it before eating.

Well this is strange.  Im 100% positive that my bears last year were listed as 6 yrs old for the sow, 5 years old for the boar.  Now theyre listed as 5 years old for the sow, 8 years old for the boar.  What the hell?  Id be curious to hear an explanation as to why it would have changed.  Doesnt make a guy confident in the accuracy of the tooth aging.  Anybody elses tooth ages magically change recently?
