Also, try and When we were looking, I was amazed that there seemed to be a few of the same houses on every site and then there would be this one oddball showing on only one of the numerous sites we were perusing. Ended up finding a few good leads on Movoto, and early on Realtor had a few nice places that did not show up anywhere else. Zillow seemed to be the most generic and error prone (no unique houses and frequent listing errors) but was good for a quick check.

Right on thanks everyone! We are not selling, so that matched with our generous current landlord, has given us the luxury of time if needed. We have strongly considered waiting unless prices inevitably drop, but then we also run the risk of these crazy low rates inevitably rising. We spent the weekend looking at houses, some a couple times, and will be making an offer today on one we love. Hopefully it’ll work out :tup:
