What a great hunt and great experience having all the boys there and capping it off with a fine bull. Congrats to ya!

Thanks Dan
Yes, it seems that they are in some secret beard growing contests.  Me, I'm just lazy during hunting season.  When the grand kids refer to their two uncle Matt's they call them big beard and little beard  :)

Congratulations on a great hunt with your sons!

Love this!!!   Thanks for sharing, that’s what it’s all about!  I’m leaving Thursday for my dads most likely last elk hunt, he’s never killed a bull in his 77 years.  Myself and my cousin and life long friends will be with him, your hunt makes me even more excited for this adventure. Congrats!

Congrats on the elk.  Looks like you had a great hunt with the boys.  That country looks very "squatchy".  Let me know how I can submit an entry into the pandemic beard growing contest.

Thanks

Good luck!

I head to Oregon on Friday, to hunt deer with my 83 year old father.  My brother can't go this year because of all the fires in Oregon.  He tells me that If I don't keep an eye on our dad he will just nap the whole time he is in the woods.  I figure at 83 he's earned it.

Should probably have thrown a half on Zach and let him pack that out.
