I don't and haven't ever even thought about it.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

Honestly, I eat em. But probably very different from everyone else. Whenever I butcher a goat, I like to slice them thin and "cook" them in vinegar, onion, and garlic almost ceviche style. They're also good in soup. I rarely fry them but a sometimes it's a nice treat.

I kept them but haven't eaten any yet.  Someday I will, maybe this year.

I did have a bad experience in China once, but they were very much fresh and raw and I wouldn't suggest that method.

Roger. Really, I'm up for trying to utilize more parts of game at least once. Don't like liver, i do like heart,  and want to give the oysters a chance.

I am not against trying them but not sure I would actively take them. I am all for trying to retrieve and utilize as much as I can but not sure oysters are on my radar.

Have you ever made liver pate?  It's awesome, at least from my perspective.  I eat it with pork rinds, but try not to pound too much down as it's incredibly high in calories and fat.

I would also like to try kidney, but first I would have to figure out what it looks like, where it is and what to do with it.

Never had 'em, but it's on my radar to try. Think I'd try frying slices first, that makes lots of things good.

Nope! Nope on liver pate. I'd try kidney.

We did Olympic mountain oysters last year on a young spike buck. They were fine. It’s not really a delicacy but it was edible and not disgusting. Some hot sauce goes a loooong way. I’m not a fan of liver my in-law loves it and I detest kidneys with a passion. I do however eat heart, my 4yr old daughter thinks heart is a treat, and I’ve had lungs before that I didn’t think were bad either. A lot depends on prep on these parts. More so than just regular roasts or other cuts.

Had them from lamb. Cut, clean, salt & pepper over charcoals. It's good, but it's different. Give it a try.

I'll eat balls - Sheep, cows, elk, deer, turkey. My last buck, we ate the balls with the heart and liver first night. Good stuff.

My dad and his gang eat them.  Not for me though.  I save the hearts and eat them in a variety of ways.  Used to eat liver until one fateful day in Northern WI......  Had neighbors who leased and hunted the farm next to my property in MO who would scavenge our gut piles for them.  I thought that was a little odd.  My dad has told me about the Hmongs (sp?) that would follow drag paths in the snow back to gut piles and raid them.  To each his own.
Look man, some times you just gotta roll the dice

I've never kept them and tried them.  I did try kidney from a cow elk.  Nasty, and that's coming from a guy that likes liver.
