Yeah, they will fix them or replace them no questions asked.  You pay shipping there they pay shipping back.

Most often they just send you new ones, quite often an upgrade. Nephew sent his 5 year old ,8x32 and they sent back new 10x42. Their warranty is a no BS thing

They are great. Buddy had his sporting scope ran over somehow and they sent him a new one, no questions asked!

A good warranty that has to be used too much in my opinion. But it’s definitely a no frills warranty.

It's kind of like preventative maintenance.  At the end of the season send it all in and then you're good to go.  Just kidding of course.

I own 6 pieces of Vortex glass along with accessories and if I remember right, two have been back and one will after this season.  Two were issues that were serious enough to need attention before use and the one this season is just a bit annoying, still works fine.

I think it's one of those balancing act things, the price/quality continuum.  Vortex has very competitive pricing and shores it up with a great warranty program.  I own Diamondback to Razor and ironically, the one Diamondback I own was the first Vortex I bought and it's been flawless.

They’ve paid shipping both ways for me twice, they send the label and you box it up and drop it at a fed ex location. Pretty awesome

I have more Vortex stuff than I probably should. Sent one scope back because the reticle broke. Cheap scope on a heavy recoiling rifle. They sent me new scope.  My Viper non-HD spotter came apart in the middle where it’s not supposed to come apart. I sent it in and they fixed it and sent it back. Happened again a year later. They sent me a new and upgraded Viper HD spotter last year. I never paid for shipping. I have 4 other random pieces of Vortex glass and have had other stuff and sold it in the past. It’s a great warranty that needs to be used too often in my opinion.

Huh..., guess I should pay attention to this forum more often instead of just looking to the right on my puter screen at what the latest posts are.

I tripped and fell last week while doing some scouting, breaking my old nikon binoculars in half. I was wanting to get a new pair so I wasn't too upset. Without doing much research I bought a pair of Vortex Crossfire HD 10x42 binoculars from Cabelas online that were on sale for $130. They are affordable for me and should meet my needs as I went for afternoon walks the past two days and tried them out. I like em!

Nice to know the warranty is so good, yet I might/probably? will have to use it at some point as others have pointed out.

I’ve had 3 different Vortex binoculars and they’ve all been fine.

I will add that I own 2 viper scopes, 2 razor spotters and a set of razor binos, all have held up great, the 2 times I needed to use the warranty was because I tightened the sunshade so tight on my scope that the bell housing broke loose. Similar thing with my spotting scope, turned the dial too far and forced it thinking I had more, it broke loose too. There are many times a torque wrench is my best friend, yeah I’m that guy 🤷‍♂️ Vortex works out for guys like me though because of the “no questions asked” part

I’ve owned quite a bit of vortex stuff and still do. Thank god for their warranty because you will need it. Every piece I’ve owned has needed repair or replaced.
