What's up Kruse! Are you still on the east side? Can rack up quick numbers of rats and beaver local to cle elum ellensburg areas

Real cheap and easy to whip up some colony traps soon as you get some ice should be real easy to find bank dens just follow the bubble trails. Plenty of small ponds along the back way to 97 out of cle elum I'm sure hold rats and probably some beaver being so close to the river. Iv been hoping to get over there but probably not going to happen this year. I'd be real I interested to try all the ponds right along i90

Where you’re at I’d be targeting some cats !!
When the snow hits go around the rivers and beaver ponds you will see cat tracks

It’s 22 degrees and foggy as I’m putting on my chest waders to go run the ‘rat line to harvest two dollar ‘rats. My wife KNOWS I’m crazy.

I have them push my colonies around a lot it doesn't seem to bother them much. My bigger colonies will even catch small beavers like this double. I frequently catch rats in my beaver traps as well so a whole run will be closed off for at least a night I come back collect my rat reset trap in the same exact spot and continue to catch beaver otter and rats. Even get the oddball raccoon in a beaver cage if water level drops
