Midsouth and powder valley are both under $20 for hazmat.

This is who I buy most my powder from.  Hodgdon charges 40 which is ridiculous.

So is midway but that’s $30 I should of had to pay is my point. The weight would have fallen into their x#-x# and hazmat wouldn’t have applied.

That’s the cheapest hazmat I’ve ever seen.  Not sure I would be complaining.  Hazmat and shipping are always separate and shipping seems on par with others.

Hodgdon’s is brutal. My buddy needed a keg of Retumbo so he had me buy the first one available, with money being no object. $411 later, I gave him his wish. 😬

Brownells is $20 for hazmat plus shipping so basically on par for everyone else. Hodgon cost is shipping and hazmat so not much different than everyone else. $10 difference

I’m headed to Centralia later this afternoon. What gun stores should I stop in at to check for reloading components?

You could try Sunbirds, and maybe East County Guns, but I'm not sure if they carry reloading components.

Last time I was in Sunbirds a couple weeks ago about all they had was 25-06 and 243 Win. brass. A little powder but nothing that was useful for what I load.

I haven’t seen powder at sunbirds in ages. Back in the normal times it was a very limited selection and really expensive (like $40 a lb for stuff that would have been $25.99 at cabelas)

This whole area is a wasteland for reloading components. The Yelm gun shop doesn’t even sell them anymore.
you can still get gas in heaven, and a drink in kingdom come,
in the meantime, i'll be cleaning my gun

Nearest powder to yelm I have found is big J's in sorting and that's hit and miss. Still got my supplies of blc2 varget h1000 and clays from there pretty regularly though and getting primers in more often

Sunbirds is no more. Its Shelton outfitters and they quit selling firearms. I dont think they care if they sale ammo or powder either. I'm having a hard time supporting them anymore. From what I understand they wont honor Sunbirds gift cards either.

Thanks everyone. By the time the wife was done shopping at the outlet stores the gun shops were closed.  I the sound of your advice I wouldn’t of found anything anyways. Tiki Tap House was pretty good though.

Varget and H4350 in stock at Hodgdon. Roughly $63/lb after Hazmat and shipping if you buy their max limit of 5.
