Weyerhaeuser recreation permit access times
« on: October 31, 2025, 08:45:41 PM »
If you're hunting weyerhaeuser lands with an access permit and you shoot an animal late in the day and track it down at dusk...what do you do since the access permit only allows access up to 1.5hrs after sunset?

Do you recover your animal after hours and pack out in the dark anyways or come back in the morning during allowed access times?

Pack it out. Even if late. I haven't seen them be very strict about this.
