WTS complete AR 15 upper

This is a Compass Lake Eng. A2 service rifle upper in .223.   It will come with sight and muzzle covers, lead weights(forearm and butt stock) single shot block and bolt open block.

This is not a "plinking" set-up, it was for High Power competition.

There are a lot of specs/options at the link.  What are the specs of the upper?
