Especially for that year. About as bulletproof as they come

Definitely an engine that if properly maintained could go 500k.

202,200 on my 2005 Ram 2500.  A lot of hauling and towing.  Plenty on snow, gravel and rock roads/trails from WA to WY.  Put a flatbed on a few years ago, so not making it any easier on the old girl.  Said when I bought it would likely be my last.

I'm at 220,000 on my 2006 Ford F-150 Lariat - original engine and transmission.

My dad bought a 1994 f150 in the early 2000s for $800. It now has over 300k and has done multiple road trips, hails boats, cars etc. All original guys just basic maintenance. I also had 1984 bronco that had unknown miles but was also bombproof. Never should have sold that bronco still kick myself.
