Can I get an opinion on this. Looks pretty rough, not sure if this is usable or can be brought back to usable condition.

I got it. It looks just like the picture and appears in working order. Going to get it cleaned up and get it to a gunsmith to make sure it fits proper.

Cool. Does it fit in the gun?

The fitting parts would be timing the safety and trigger piece and checking headspace.
