to give folks a better shot at not getting stampeded since they will have daylight to work with and be able to see where they are going.

Should be pretty easy to spot the guys dashing to their stashes that way.

Most of the big ones dropped in the station this year as they fed them so late.  They should be auctioning off some nice bones.  That is if they haven't been taken home already.

Last week on my way up I saw a black 4 door dodge pickup parked at the Bear canyon spot. On my way down he was pulled over by the pond. He had 8-12 nice elk sheds in the bed of his truck. When I got past Naches there were two Warden trucks going westbound up the freeway with there lights and sirens on. I hope they were going to give him what he deserves. I know you couldnt find that many sheds going into the bear canyon area, because there has already been at least 15 guys go into that area. I think there might have been a guy up on windy point that spoted them sneaking into oak creek and he called it in. Every year I get pissed at the idiots that ruin it for the guys who obey the rules.

Geez, buckmaster, you didn't have to give away my secret honey hole.  :chuckle: My dad has been up there 3 weekends this spring, and I was up there once.  By the way, we didn't find any sheds in that area when we were up there.  Oh and it would not be hard to sneak into the Oak Creek area from there.  My guess is that you are right on the money.  Maybe not, but that would be my best guess.

Take notice of the newly posted signs..."Photo enforced"!!!!  It's not a hollow threat...they're there...Enforcement has caught and cited 7 people just last week for being in there.  There are cameras in there now...I know for a fact....I help put them in there...

Alright which one of you guys owns a black 4 door Dodge pickup, I'd bet whoever it is reads the HuntWa forum.
