I wouldnt worry about the 209s. Use RWS #11 caps and your good to go. I would start with 110 grains of 777 and some barnes 250 grain bullets if your only chasing deer or some lehigh defense somewhere around 260 grain bullets or heavier if your wanting to hunt elk also.
Now to find #11 caps on stock somewhere is another story. Found the powder pretty easy.
Stay away from pellets. Cant dial in a load. Draw moisture easier, harder to ignite. Either FFG or FFFG powder.
