Do you know if your dealer ship will offer/accept the Options plan on Ford approved vehicles?

No clue. I don’t even know what that is.
Options plan (to paraphrase) is a Lease option for the Mach-E and Lightning that gives the Leasee the ability to get the Federal EV Tax credit.  Normal lease Ford or the dealer (I am not sure which) gets the credit, not the Leasee.

I’ll ask the sales side tomorrow. I try to avoid them as much as possible.

Hahaaa  I think many people do.

Sorry I messed up the quote chain, tried to trim it down and somehow got off by one.  Should be better now.

Trucks have been deemed ok to sell based on what I have been seeing.  So Ford is supposed to be shipping now to dealers.  Not sure if that will just be demo/mannequin rigs, customer orders or both.  But soon they should be at dealers to drool on.

Based on videos from some owner events it sounds like they are heat governed like the MME and pull power after a certain amount of WOT.

Dealers Who Flip Ford F-150 Lightning Demo Trucks Face $25K Fine

Does any dealership actually have a demo truck?

I haven’t seen one yet.

I think this probably all stemmed from the Bronco cluster.

Certainly looks better than a Tesla truck that don't exist.  I would hate to see what the aftermarket price will be once a few of them get out.

That huge "frunk" up front just looks so bizarre it is actually cool  :hello:

But I would love to have that space, without have to deal with the EV part,  :chuckle:

That one got your name on it Jackelope?

I have not seen one in the wild yet, but they are around.  Guy on a FB group got his red one from Fugate last week.

We have 700 reservations for them. We’ve been allocated 2 so far.

I saw a post on Reddit the other day of a window sticker for 130k for one, it was 65k for the truck with a 65k market adjustment line.  I’m not sure how many they will sell with that kind of mark up.

I do like the looks of the rivian truck and SUV but can’t get away from the diesel truck, I could see getting one of the rivian SUV’s for the wife since she is a stay at home mom but haven’t seen much for charging rivian around here.
