First post went through so that's a good start. I have been reading this forum for the past 10 or so years and really enjoy it. Have wanted to comment several times but not very computer literate. Here is a little about me.
Took my first blacktail buck, a spike, in about 1965. Living near Pine Lake and shot it with a 12ga w/00Buck on the property what is now the City Hall in the ( City of Sammamish ). I bought my first riffle in 1965, a .300Savage Model 99F, for $80.00, no scope, buckhorn sights. Missed my first shot at a nice 3pt near Packwood that same year, Buck fever at it's best!
A 3 1/2 year tour in the Military set me back a bit. My Father asked me if he could "borrow" my .300 and of course i said yes with one provision, That he put a scope on it. Thanks Dad.
Over the years that riffle has been my Go To Gun. With it I have harvested about 25 Mule Deer, 2 Wa Blacktail, A Sitka Blacktail ( Kodiak ) , A Dalls Sheep ( Tok Alaska ) , 2 Pronghorn, a black bear, and several coyote's.
I took my first Elk ( a spike ) near Naselle  in about 1980 using my late fathers .348 Winchester model 71.
Drew a quality bull tag for the Teanaway in 1996 and got a raghorn 6pt with a borrowed 30/06.
I drew the 2010 E. WA Raffle tag and got an old, heavy, thick 6x7 Bull with a new 30/06.
I am hoping to take my bull moose with the old .348 if I can get within about 150yds. Will be bringing along my 06 if longer shot is needed.
Will keep you posted. I will try to post some of my pics from past hunts but that might be a work in progress.

Any hangman moose tag holders?
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

Has any of the successful tag holders received their moose tag and info?   I have experienced some mail issues at the house lately so removed my mailbox and went to a PO Box, afraid the tags may have been lost.

I can't help with your question, but I hope this means you drew a moose tag!!!!

My wife received a packet about 2 months ago and the tag was in the bottom of the envelope. If you haven't received the packet, I'd call WDFW immediately.

My wife and another buddy both drew the same tag. They have some decent bulls on camera, but it's been challenging to scout with how dry it's been. Hopefully you have the area dialed. If not PM me and I can probably help you with a place or two to start.
