Man not till next weekend? Not to be selfish but I don’t know if I can wait that long for another update. Glad to hear you’re getting on bulls every day. Sounds like a blast

So when does the rifle start getting packed along? The rifle is always close by but I really want to do this with my bow. With the season going until the end of the year there will be plenty of opportunity to take one with a rifle in December.
So you would shoot a 375 bull or not?
Quote from: gee_unit360 on September 06, 2021, 08:08:44 PMSo you would shoot a 375 bull or not?Short answer yes but it’s complicated. I very well may end up shooting one under that as well.I want screaming bulls going nuts in my face. If it’s a 360 bull and all of my buddies are there, I have my bow drawn, the elk is at 30 yards and it just seems right I might just take it.Today was day three, only one buddy there and it didn’t work out. The elk were and still are on my property. I didn’t want to push it, didn’t want to tag out without more people there and really don’t want it to be over just yet. It’s tough to explain. It’s not about inches of antler for me but at the same time I do want to shoot a big one because they are way tougher to kill. It’s really about the experience that will trump inches.
