  I am surprised it took that long since it was killed on Monday. The tag holder is a pretty private guy so I wouldn't hold my breath on seeing it posted but you never know. I scored it Tuesday and it grossed 400 5/8"

This morning the wind was completely dead calm and the rut activity was the slowest I’ve seen all week . I’m hoping that his evening hunt produces !

Yesterday was epic got up at 4 to be in the spot by sun up. We were not disappointed. It was chaos all day into today, never took a break. Made it back to cabin at 3:45 this morning.

Headed back to get the last of the meat now. Will get a story hopefully later today.

8x8 at 40 yards on public land are the basics, haven’t put a tape on him, 4 hours sleep and headed back in. I feel like I was in a car wreck.
