Is JBLM good for Bear hunting?  I would think it would be good bear hunting.   Any areas on JBLM better then others without giving a way your honey hole?   Anyone interested in partnering up to hit up JBLM let me know. We can chat on phone to see if we are a good fit.   I think it requires going to the rec center and watching an hour video then registering your gun then calling in and reserving areas I’d I recall correctly.   Thanks Doug.

Yes, certain areas are better for bears than others. No real secrets. You can ask the people at rec center for units that area good. I was all set to hunt it this year, but the sign was very minimal despite plenty of food sources. I'm currently in Qatar, otherwise I'd join you.

My friends were out there working and saw a bear. They were on the railroad tracks

I'll be back October 13th. Feel free to PM me in the interim. You can go scout some of the areas and let me know if things have improved the last few weeks since I've been gone.
