1. a lady’s first trip to shoot her new gun - hadn’t been shot yet.

2. One of the guys had set it on the bumper -

3. the group got distracted in a conversation & drove off.

4. She was giddy

Bottom line: Take personal responsibility and secure your own weapon.....if you can't manage that, avoid obtaining one. Luckily, Windwalker's son arrived on the scene to correct a problem.....although it would have been a bit better to have turned it over to LE and have the "lady" and her "guys" negotiate it's return and possibly address their level of incompetence.
