That looks delicious! Iíve been wanting to do a shank that way , guess itís time! We did shredded bear roast,  beer cheese nachos last weekend that were superb.
Just tend your own and live.

Along with neck meat, bird quarters, and bright Salmon bellies . Crazy how much some waste .
