Heading over for the opener this week.  Trying something new this year.  We normally hunt late. I was there last week and got my antelope.  Great deer numbers saw some nice bucks.  Taking my two 11 year olds over. We have three buck tags and a doe tag.

Headed over the 11th. Got friends there now. They are seeing tons of does. Bucks are around but not on the does yet. They shot one big wide three point so far. Can’t wait to be there

Have a buddy that is north of Shelby MT that hunts there almost every year and he said it’s very disappointing, hardly seeing any deer.

Yeah it looks like close to 50 in the day and 30 or so at night. Obviously weather can change quickly but that’s cool warm. This is the temps for 410/417 and I may check out 700 also.
