First Washington bear.
« on: October 20, 2021, 05:10:25 PM »
I have been buying a bear tag as long as they have been over the counter. Went to POW a few years ago to bear hunt, never thought i would ever shoot one in WA.
Deer hunting this last weekend and this one wondered in to an opening on the hill side while i was looking....

Im happy, young sow with a belly full of berries.

Looks like a light brown bear?  Super awesome and some very fine table fair.
