First of all, sorry for the poor quality pic.  I thought you might still enjoy the scene.   I thought for sure these guys were going to go at it.   There was another buck nearby that already had an antler busted off.    These guys came together with about 8 doe each.   They were both snort wheezing at each other and they circled and circled.  I bet for about 10 minutes.   We finally moved on.

Big bodies, I wonder if our mule deer will get some age, or are the days of mature bucks being the breeders over?  Awesome pics bone!

Thank you.  Man I was really wanting them to throw down.   When they are equal like that it is quite a show.   I loved how excited my wife was.   She got to witness a good fight up close last year, and it left quite an impression.
