Spring Bear Petition
« on: December 14, 2021, 09:03:07 PM »
I seen this on FB tonight and didn't see anyone talking about it here so wanted to share.

At tonight's WDFW public meeting the WDFW Director stated that there is a petition to establish a spring 2022 bear season to be voted on during the Jan 21 2022 commission meeting and that it is imperative to let the commissioners know your position or they may not take up the petition.

Here is a link to contact the commission: https://wdfw.wa.gov/about/commission/contact Hope this helps.

Message sent. I saw in today's Spokesman review that one of the anti hunting commissioners has stepped down. https://www.spokesman.com/stories/2021/dec/13/washington-wildlife-commissioner-resigns-citing-po/
