We all need to take this survey and hold no punches in our comments as their last comment was something like
Thank you for Takeing this survey and something about a pilot program for Wdfw managed lands.
Can almost see the writing on the walls restricted use maki g the areas a safe zone similar to the Big Valley area and hunting and trapping really restricted if not prohibited all together.

:yeah: This definitely doesn’t smell good

Gary
One does not hunt in order to kill; on the contrary, one kills in order to have hunted. If one were to present the sportsman with the death of the animal as a gift he would refuse it. What he is after is having to win it, to conquer the surly brute through his own effort and skill with all the extras that this carries with it: the immersion in the countryside, the healthfulness of the exercise, the distraction from his job. ~ Jose Ortega y Gasset

I agree this isn't sitting well with me and never seems to be good for the future when public surveys get started.      If a Buck is sniffing a Does ace something is going to get F'd.
I apologize to the MODS if my comment falls under any violation  :dunno:

I thought I should post this here because in this discussion on then10 year plan they mention that the Methow is the pilot program for the 10 year access program. The video meeting is  not overly interesting or useful except that it is source for my statement. If we are to fight what is a access reduction program it has to be done in the valley.

In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.
