Could use some help
« on: January 28, 2022, 06:32:15 PM »
Does anyone have a line on a 10+ month old lab with a strong drive? I know sometimes hunting dogs don’t make great pets and people don’t know what they’re getting themselves into. So if a breeder on this site has an adult dog that was returned due to the family not being able to handle the bit of crazy, I’d love to talk with ya. I’ve looked at the local on rescues as well as visited the webpages of local kennels, but so far I haven’t found what I’m looking for.

Why 10 months old? You open to older? I saw a 4ish yo for sale with some basic skills.

Hey there. I might be able to help you out. We have 2 pure bred black labs (male and female/ brother and sister) that we got as pups. They just turned 2 yrs old. It is proving to be a handful with both dogs and a 1 yr old boy along with work. We are looking to re home one of them. They are house trained and have basic training. Not very good on a leash but I think if the dogs were by themselves they listen better. Anyway if it seems like you may be interested let me know. We are locted in sequim

I’m open to a little older but would like to stay like 2.5 years or younger. I don’t necessarily need any bird hunting skills, I just need the dog to have a strong hunt drive.
