1 tag for non-residents.  That is definitely a "lottery".   I imagine those odds are not going to be so good.  But it is good to see the new elk herds introduced in the other states getting large enough to open up hunting seasons.

Thanks, for some reason it wasn't showing up at first. Had to enter hunter ed info and then click on View Open Quota Hunts on Home Page.
