Banks Lake???
« on: May 12, 2022, 03:41:05 PM »
The wife and I are headed to Banks Lake tomorrow morning. Has anyone been this week? Had any good days for bass, Walleye, or trout?
Just curious if the cool weather has kept the bite down or not. We will try Roosevelt as well.
Thanks and see you at the lake! We are going to up by Osborn Bay, with a white 4Runner with black cargo trailer.

No word on Banks, but Roosevelt is still extremely low as of last Saturday...but it looked to be on the rise, slowly, but surely.

That’s a beauty Duramax! Walleye are so good to eat!
We will be fishing from shore this year.

Any hints on a good spot to fish from shore please send a pm. We will be fishing all weekend for a few good fish! 😃

Oh and also getting an awesome pizza from basin pizza in grand coulee!! Just a shout out to some great food!

2 hours at Roosevelt today and we got 2 nice rainbows, 19” & 20”. Nice orange/red meat. Should bbq up well.
Fished banks yesterday and got one 16” smally.
Oh and we landed a large delicious pepperoni/black olive pizza from Hometown pizza! 😂
Will try again tomorrow….

Banks was a no.
Hit the same spot on Roosevelt late morning and hooked 7 and landed 4. 17-20” rainbows. Really nice fish. They will bbq up nicely!

Thanks but we tried at Hansen Harbor and didn’t get anything. Went to grand coulee and that is where the bite was. Had a nice time. Thanks again for the suggestion.
