Lot of fine folks go out there to excercise/walk their dog. You might try putting an ad in lost and found on craigslist. Can't hurt.

Yeah there was 2 horse trailers parked on each side of us with some older folks that were very nice people that let our kids pet their horses so hopefully they maybe picked it up. I also called the Richland parks department and left a message. Timberstalker also mentioned the lost and found on craiglist which is a great idea👍🏻
