300winmag retumbo and 180 load ?

Im trying to find starting point  there is no data I can find anymore suggestions

There os no data because retumbo is not an optimal choice for 180's. Hodgdon lists 79gr as min load for a 200gr partition so start at 79 and work up.

What bullet and brass? Retumbo will go boom just fine, you're just gonna burn a lot of it to get the same results as other powders.

Take a fired round ( so bullet can slip thru neck) dump some retumbo in and see how much fits at whatever length you plan to run.   Know how much Retumbo is 100% before you start trying to stuff a whole lot more in there.

Yes right now

I have plenty of Ramshot magnum and H4831 which will work for what you’re trying to do. I have some I can trade you since Retumbo isn’t for the 300wm. PM me if interested.
