1991 Ford F-250 XLT Lariat 4x4 5.8L V8
« on: August 07, 2022, 02:27:30 PM »
Throwing this out there to see if anyone here is interested.  I've had this truck for about 5 years and have only put about 5,000 miles on it.  The current odometer reading is 128,204.  I basically used it for personal landscape debris and material hauling. I also used it for getting around during periods of snow and it performs great!

Pros:
Transmission completely rebuilt (3 speed automatic with overdrive).
Exhaust manifold leak professionally repaired.
Complete tune up and injectors cleaned about 3000 miles ago.
Front end work performed by Les Schwab.
New battery.
New stereo.
Tires are decent - probably 50%.
Dual fuel tanks that work.
All gauges work.
Trailer brake controller.
Interior is in excellent condition.  I have some brand new seat covers I'll include.

Cons:
Paint job was peeling an blistered when I bought it.  I sanded it and repainted the entire truck with gray primer.
Drivers side electric window doesn't work.
Electric door locks don't work.
Right rear quarter panel has some pre-existing damage.
AC doesn't work.

I simply don't have any need for the truck anymore as all of my projects have been completed.  I'm asking $3750 $3250 for it OBO.  I'm in no hurry to sell the truck and haven't posted it anywhere else yet as I thought I'd offer it here first.  Feel free to PM me for more photos or questions.  Located in Gig Harbor.

I've got the 95 model of that truck. Good solid pickup. I keep hearing the engine is supposed to last forever, so at 128k its got some life in it.

Does the pickup still have the stock front hubs? I put Warn locking hubs on mine when the stockers stopped working.

Yes, stock hubs.  They work because this truck will go anywhere in the snow.

Trade for land access?  Upland, waterfowl or big game.
