Iíll do quarters with a little premium to offset multiple delivery and fuel/feed premiums this year.  I want to be able to continue to do this but I have to contain costs.

Barley, peas, little cornÖ occasional stockmaster or beef master mix along with a protein tub.

When do you think you're doing beef harvest again? I'm down to about two dozen packages of steaks in the freezer, all out of roasts and looking for a new more local source. All these HWers can't be wrong!
