Daughter filled her tag tonight. The deer had a healed broken foot on one side. Thinking it’s why the antlers all weird on one side. Couple more days and I’m still trying for a monster, I saw him last night.

Late cow muzzleloader season has been good! Been seeing dozens of elk every time out with bulls in each herd. Everyone that’s wanted to fill their tag has done so.

Archery opened back up today. I saw my kryptonite two nights ago (of course in between seasons). I can say he is honestly 200+ and a 25” wide WT with so much character. Hunted this morning for him, fell asleep when I got home and woke up to late to go out tonight 😂🤦🏻‍♂️ Really hoping it all comes together. I know I’ve passed up stuff this season I never would have dreamed of wanting this guy.

This was him on the 8th. Opened back up for me on the 10th 😜 He’s only 40 yards in this pic.
