Mouse squeeker.   Watched him run across the road into a farmers field way out in front of me.  I pulled off, got my camera out and tried a few squeaks.  Here he come.

Beautiful picture Bone!

I hit your site and checked out the 238 pictures there. Very nicely done! Some look more like a painting than a picture!

If I may ask;
Camera(s) you use?
Distance to the yote?

My father's 'early' profession after 'The War' was photography and motion picture (50's up to 70's). He got the whole family involved in many of the projects he did.
So much of it is right place, right time, being able to get the gear out quickly and set up for the shot. You do a very nice job!

Cuterebra are NOT cute!

Thank you GWP.  I sent you a pm.   He ended up pretty close. He was moving and it was hard to keep him full frame.

Thank you for the reply!
The Argiope spider you have pics of on your site remind me of one in EWa I nearly walked into. It was the largest spider I have ever seen in Washington and I am sure I would have been doing a 'Ninja Dance' to get it off of me had I not seen the web and avoided it.
Very pretty! Great pic!
Very cool phone cases and other gear on your site!
Cuterebra are NOT cute!

I need to find a new squeeker.   The one I had dried out and turned petrified, kind a like its user but.....

My wife got me a new foxpro outfit for Christmas so looking forward dabbling with it as well.  After hand calling for so many years it sounds a bit artificial, but many seem to get them to work well.

Great shot!  Love the backlit hair.  When people ask if high quality frames and lenses are worth it, I point to these types of photos.
