Side by side with tracks are the way to go but prepare yourself. Carry a set of snow shoes, shovel, extra fuel they are gas hogs and a small butane torch ( hard to wrench and work on if frozen up). And a basic over night kit for cold weather.good luck and happy huntingSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
spent a couple days on our guides tracked SxS, they do not go fast, steady as they go. I can see how people get stuck or broke down, you would think they are tanks and could go anywhere, but they are great for what they are built for. We had no issues with his, but we stayed on the roads, went slow over downed trees and turned around on the side of the road. When we retire and move to a 4 season state, there will be one in my garage.
Obviously it's got a blacktail but as far as WDFW is concerned doesn't blacktail vs mule deer come down to the unit it's in?
