Went to the Lincoln fish pens spot a couple weeks ago , fishing was great , went yesterday and the FREEKN season is over already ! Well girls , if your cold grab a blanket punkinfritter. , For crap sakes , I'm pretty sure I haven't seen it this low , this early ever , y'all r wimps ! , But I do have enough frozen critter to do a smoker session but that's it , don't think I'm not appreciative , but JEEEEEEZE !!!

Sorry about the bad fishing,  Cryder, as caused by hydroelectric generation.  Glad to see you back, on the other hand!

The next time a student complains about their grade, I'm going to have to bite my tongue to not call them "punkinfritter "...

That sucks.
I prefer the low water level.
More beach to start a fire and roast some dogs.
We are talking about different spots .
So it does suck @$!#.
Heck we had a few bidden/inslee blackouts on Thanksgiving.
Power flicker off and on 3 or 4 times.
Our power grid can't even handle everybody's oven on let alone plugging in every body's cars.
I wouldn't expect it to get any better,we are in a new age with electricity is king.
Two birds in the Bush is always better than one in the hand-that way you can always go to the Bush and hunt another day .conservation=Better hunting.

That's a crying shame :cryriver:

Propane, wood, pellets, oil :dunno:.  Maybe we should stop selling power to californication?  Who knows!  Fishing has still been great in my opinion.  Take the good days with the bad, I guess.

Happy holidays Cryder. Glad to hear your freezer is full.

Only had to read it part way through twice before I knew who wrote it. The joys of using my phone and not being able to see the whole page; I get to be surprised by a Cryder sighting. The tell tale sign was I knew I was reading a Cryder thread is the having to start over before I finished.  :chuckle:

Sounds like it's time for me to start fishing. Cryder and I have opposite experiences on water levels on LR.
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.
