Who the hell cares if it's transferrable or not?  Why is that the first thing that comes to people's heads?
settle down a bit. Nobody is questioning the legality of transferring this tag IN UTAH. Jerry was referring to Washington's raffles.  :tup:

Very cool!  I wonder if a raffle tag winner can gift the tag if they win here in Wa? My wife is so damn lucky and she just asked me yesterday this question.
I believe they are non transferable.

You can NOT transfer either raffle or auction tags in WA.
