My only advice is don’t buy too big. If you can’t set it up by yourself go smaller. You may have buddies now to help, but there will be a time when you don’t.

I've got one for sale, but I have not yet listed it.

It's a Davis 14' x 16' wall tent that sleeps 4 to 5 people on cots comfortably. It comes complete with a stove and internal EMT frame. It also comes with an attached tarp-ceiling kitchen area complete with internal EMT frame to allow you to cook and eat protected from the rain.

Let me know if you're interested (send me a Private Message) and we can take it from there. I've attached a photo of the tent system all set up and stocked kitchen area with tables and coolers. Hopefully, the photo posts correctly. Note that the photo predates the addition of an internal EMT frame for the extended kitchen area.

I should have mentioned that the tent system I am selling also includes a fireside-tarped gazebo with internal EMT frame to stay dry while still enjoying a large camp fire.... as shown in this photo.
