OWNF Never finishes any project they start. Heck they started the MVUV project so long ago I cant remember (thinking 2002) and its still not done.
Try calling and getting any usefull info from them, Wen. main office is closed for repair, Entiat is closed perm., Chelan does not answer phone, etc. oh and website conditions are still saying all roads and trails in the distric are snow covered,
Sorry, rant over........I do hope this gets done and helps the sheep herds. Just dont hold your breath.
