Wa State Duck Calling Competition Sat, Aug 5th, Orting 9am

 2023 Washington State Duck and Goose Calling Championships
 Saturday, August 5th, 2023 at Orting Station, 101 Washington Avenue NW, Orting, WA 98360.
 Registration at 9:00a.m. at Orting Station. Competitions Include: Kids 12 and under Duck ~ Free (do not need to pre-register), Novice Duck ~ 13 & up who have not previously competed - $25, Washington State Sanction Duck - $50, Open Goose - $40
 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Prizes
 Sanction Winner will receive $1,000 for travel to World Championships in Stuttgart, Arkansas
 Food and Non-Alcoholic drinks available on site

We are adding a fun event after the calling is done. The old coot toss! this will take place. This is a decoy throwing and placement contest. A kiddy pool with water will be placed at a distance with a line and weight attached. each person will get 1 toss. Those that land in the pool will move to the next round where the distance will increase until the last person stands! 2 divisions 12 and under, and everyone else winner receives $100
