There is No discount on anything listed.
Just rubbing it in that other states do it and they dont give us a break on anything. :(

Wish I'd have checked earlier as it now says "Page Not Found"....strange how their website seems to be "broken" at inopportune times!

May 10th.

I understand Regs are online, but putting out paper Regs 5 days before special permits are due is bad form.

It's total BS!
When I spoke to WDFW, they mentioned the delay is because of the cougar decisions
being made.

Pretty pathetic, all the other western states have their regulations out by January, and Washington still has no paper copies available 10 days before special permit deadline. I contacted my area house representative, since he is a sportsman, and can maybe influence the process. Sad situation, and will probably impact permit sales and revenue, which won't help the way this state manages. :bash:

To submit your hunt choices for special applications, you must be on the WDFW website anyway, which also has all the hunt numbers and dates. You don't have to have a paper copy to accomplish this, even though we all would prefer it. All this means is that we will have to wait even longer for results to come out.  :bash:

It works out for a lot of people that do out of state hunts. Idaho  OIL draws and Utah deer and elk should be posted by then.

:yeah:
I generally dislike extensions and don't think there was a need here, that said, the silver lining is we should know UT deer/elk, WY Elk, etc...I hope those results change my WA apps  :chuckle:

There was no need for an extension, if you all don’t think they’ll be 100% online and no book eventually you got another thing coming. We are all on our phone/ computers anyway (don’t act like your not) head to the local library and print it if you can’t muster up the heart burn to read it on your phone.

Do you really need to print the entire book.
Just print the pages you need to support your drug habit.

No, WDFW can put out paper Regs in a timely manner. Every other state does.

I went in to Holiday Sports in Burlington to by Permit apps. The old guy had them behind the counter. My 22 year old grandson was with me.

The old guy said he had instructions to only give us one copy because we were together and should share. We don’t live together. I insisted on my own copy. We each paid with our own money ,we should each get one copy. He balked until I told him my next stop was the owners desk.

If the state is so worried they can put a box to check that you got your copy. I think it was a store policy. I paid my cash I want one copy. :beatdeadhorse: :mgun2:
