Multi-Season Deer Permit Resale?

If you dont draw a multi season deer permit, do they re sell the remaining permits that weren't bought by those who draw?

They have done another drawing starting in Aug

Sure is a lot of mystery with wa fish and game...heaven forbid you just look at some other states and see what works

:yeah: They did away with the redraw for good reason. That was a joke. People who wanted a tag couldn’t get one. (I was one of them) Then when the seasons were half over no one wanted them anymore. (I was one of them too) This is what happens when you have non sportsmen running the WDFW. They’re clueless.
