Need musket caps or 209 primers for muzzy season?
« on: September 03, 2024, 11:22:34 AM »
I had several friends impacted by lack of caps last year.

As far as I can tell, the supply chain is still a challenge, especially for musket caps.
(If I'm wrong, then that's good for us).

I have procured plenty of both, and am able to share.

I'm not looking to sell, but rather will help some folks out with enough caps or 209 primers to get them thru the season.
I was thinking of giving away something like 20 caps or primers to a few folks in need.
20 seemed like enough to ensure you're sighted in and have enough left to fully hunt for the season.

I can't ship.
I live on the west hill or Auburn.

PM me if you're in need and can meet up near Auburn/Federal Way/Kent.

That’s super generous, I’ve been limping by for years on musket caps. Only shot once during sight in to conserve what I had. If I could get 10 from you that would put me at 20 total. Or, just direct me to your dealer.

Just let me know when you're near Auburn/Federal Way, and I can give you some.

I don't have a dealer.  I made a 1 time purchase of 1,000 because that a 1,000 was what was for sale and we needed caps.  I don't anticipate needing them all this year.  :chuckle:,,
