You hit the nail on the head, Don-o!As there are corrupt Politicians, there are corrupt Lawyer's. These laws/bills do "blatantly violate" both our State and the Federal Constitution's. But, ignorance and agenda's rules the minds of those who refuse to enforce "The Rule of Law". And this "cancer" goes clear to the SCOTUS.To many people allow "emotions" to rule their intellect, "its about saving a life, its about the children, guns are to dangerous for some people, we lead the world in gun violence, who needs a military looking weapon, guns scare me. It goes on and on.A firearm, no matter what it looks like, is an "inanimate object", it can do no HARM or KILL anyone, ever. BUT in the "hands" of someone it can. That is the "object" that needs to be dealt with.Will you ever get a D/liberal to understand that?? NO That's why I never vote or support them, no matter what.
